Our 1-Week Personalized Meal Plans plan out 3 meals and 3 snacks per day for 7 days, and are designed to help you meet your personalized nutrition goals. All plans are healthy & easy, and include a grocery list…making shopping simple. Your meal plan is truly personalized because it follows these steps…
- Information gathering session covering your personal information, special dietary information (i.e. vegetarianism), and health information. We also incorporate your food likes / dislikes, time of day you're most hungry, amount of time you like to spend preparing meals, any cravings, and more! (via email or phone…your choice!).
- Meal Plan and grocery list created based on information gathering session (sent via email or mail…your choice!).
- Question and Answer opportunity (via email or phone…your choice!)
- Use it for one week or use it for multiple weeks by interchanging the meals and snacks.
