The key to understanding how to improve your diet is to become aware of your current eating patterns. How do you know what nutrients to increase if you don’t know what you are currently getting? We can provide you with this information through our Nutrition Evaluations, which follow these simple steps…
- Information gathering session covers your personal health information and goals (via email or phone…your choice!).
- 3-Day Food Journal completed by you, but guided by us, to make it as accurate as possible (via email, online, mail, or fax…your choice!)
- Nutrition Evaluation based on the 3-Day Food Journal you submit. A report is generated telling you precisely how your eating patterns compare to recommendations based on your personal information and goals. It also shares recommendations on what to improve and information on what to keep doing (sent via email or mail…your choice!)
- Follow-up Coaching Session reviews the Nutrition Evaluation and answers all questions (via phone or email…your choice!)
The end result … the knowledge you need, enabling you to make the changes you need … not a cookie cutter approach. This will give you peace of mind in knowing you are doing what you should to reach your personal goals!
