This kit encourages food label reading to identify good sources of these 5 nutrients. A "good" source is a t least 10% Daily Value (% DV) of a nutrient or higher. Individuals apply the "5 at 10 Test" (5 nutrients at 10% DV) to make healthful food choices. The kit contains 25 wallet cards. 1 reproducible instruction sheet, and 1 reproducible grocery list that shows foods that are good sources of these nutrients.
